Jailhouse Customs started in December 2014 as a dream for the owners...that dream soon started becoming a very real reality after the completion of their first guitar and the subsequent orders to follow.

What is the lead time for a custom build.
When it comes to complete custom builds the lead time usually depends on the customer requirements. Aspects that could influence lead times are type of finish, availability of hardware etc. But we always endeavor however to complete custom builds as timeously as possible. A good yardstick is usually one month from design sign off.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately returns are a case to case basis. If the guitar is not too customized and we will be able to re-sell a return could be considered.
What’s the minimum order amount?
There are no jobs too big or too small for us!
